About this form
Most teams take 10–20 minutes to complete the essentials. Additional context is optional and can be added later with the RLS team.
The purpose is to collect key information for your helmet model so we can prepare an initial RLS technical alignment (V0.1).
Required fields are marked *, everything else is optional context.

- Not a legally binding document.
- Includes RLS part costs only – licensing fees to be discussed with jamie@hexr.com (CEO) and tony@hexr.com (CTO).
- Provides a commercial project brief so we can agree what success looks like at each stage.
- Not all information needs to be final for the first release – this intake can be revised as more information is collected. Revisions should be reviewed with the RLS team once logged.
